We are able to offer an administrative system that incorporates the Medical Services Plan (MSP) onto one administration and billing system.  We can administer MSP for you and provide you with one consolidated billing statement and one online system to make changes to both your benefit plan and MSP plan.  We help you streamline the process of enrolling, terminating or making changes to an employee’s records. We are able to link to the MSP Direct service.  MSP Direct is authorized by the Ministry of Health and the Medical Services Plan of BC to allow group plan administrators to maintain accounts for which they hold billing responsibilities. MSP Direct is available to employers and organizations responsible for MSP coverage administration. For example, employers deducting MSP premiums from their employees' payroll can update the coverage particulars for each employee.
